Planned Parenthood

People hold the 1950’s up as the pinnacle of American values
and how American families are supposed to be, but there was
a darker side.

Bringing to light the unsafe practices of abortions in the 1950’s, Planned Parenthood is taking icons of the era and using them to spread awareness about the need for safe abortions as part of women’s healthcare – because even when they weren’t legal,
they were still a part of women’s lives.
